After being hit by a truck in Ghatthaghar, Bhaktapur, a woman passed away.
A truck with registration number Na 6 Kha 2173 collided with a scooter with registration number Ba 49 Pa 8944 that was pulled over by the side of the road while traffic police were performing checks. The impact of the truck dragged the scooter quite a distance.
The woman riding the scooter died there, according to Bed Bista, Chief of the District Police Office, Bhaktapur. The woman’s identity is currently unknown.
Following the catastrophe, many individuals became enraged and staged a demonstration. There is an obstruction to the area’s vehicle flow. Stone-throwing between protesters and police has occurred in Ghatthaghar, and the situation is dire at the moment.
